I had purchased six gourmet jars of ‘Aur Yeh’, one each of jalapeño, eggplant, mutton, chicken and pork. Have already served them at four parties and they have been really appreciated and enjoyed. Arranged all the jars with small spoons on a wooden tray, with thinly sliced slightly toasted bruschetta on a thin long platter so the visuals were totally appealing. After the first taste it was apparent that the ingredients were chosen with loving diligence ,by an altruistic foodie and taste connoisseur .
